Climate change impacts and all-hazard events are causing more frequent and severe damage to road infrastructure and operations. The seminar will share how road and transportation agencies worldwide make transportation infrastructure more resilient to climate change.
The goal is to exchange information between countries, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
