Roger Fairclough is the founder of Neo Leaf Global offering international advice on infrastructure policy and climate adaptation. He is an internationally recognised expert on infrastructure resilience.
He has 40 years experience in infrastructure design, construction and government policy. This includes being a member of the Expert Panel for the National Climate Change Risk Assessment Framework for New Zealand, working for the National Infrastructure Unit within New Zealand Treasury and being Chair of the New Zealand Lifelines (Utilities) Council.
Roger is part of several research programmes and is often sought for participation in Advisory Groups. Natural hazards and climate adaptation are areas of active engagement.
