Ross Waugh is the founder of Waugh Infrastructure Management. He is an asset management and systems integration specialist.
He also founded Inframanage.com, an online portal on infrastructure asset management. As the publisher and principal author, Ross has been publishing articles, blogs, videos, and lectures online.
He has 30 years experience in local government infrastructure asset management and engineering. Working for over 20 years with municipalities, Ross continues to provide infrastructure management consulting in the areas of transportation, utilities, community facilities, parks and properties in New Zealand and overseas.
His passion to help developing countries in Asia and the Pacific that are vulnerable to the effects of climate change has encouraged him to pursue the establishment of the Climate Adaptation Platform.
