The 2020 Climate change + Business Conference on 11-12 November will be held at the Aotea Centre in Auckland.

Themed “Redefining Our Future”, this important climate change event is bringing together a diverse range of voices on climate action across business sectors and Government.

The conference will explore the extent to which business, policy-makers, and civil society have seized the opportunity to transform our future. It will consider the following among other things:

• The flow of Government funding toward recovery projects and international recovery trends;
• The impact of recent policy and legislative changes;
• Perspectives from the Climate Change Commission and revised climate science projections;

And many other important things in the post-pandemic recovery period including our broader adaptation preparedness.

The need to build on the urgency and momentum for rapid and substantial decarbonization remains.
